We didn't book that hotel either, but it looked so beautiful, that I had to upload it here for those of you, who like to pay a bit more than average. The Park hotel (built in 1891) is like a palace in neo-rococo style. It is as well near the historical part of Regensburg, so you can walk from there to the touristic spots.
