Hotel-Gasthof Breiterle

I can't believe vt does not have this hotel on it's pick list! I hope I might rectify that situation.

We wanted to stay within the walls and right in the town of Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber. I booked all our accommodation through booking.com. Hotel Gasthof Zum Breiterle commands a score of 8 out of 10 in booking.com. The reviews were excellant. It is also within the walls of the town which is what I was looking for and the price was very good!

The staff couldn't have been nicer and breakky was a yummy buffet. Plus they had nice printed toilet paper (see pic inside) and because I love my printed loo paper...this also ticked another box.

In addition...although our GPS directed us through the main entrance to town and up the hill to this hotel, the hotel was actuallty right beside an entrance/exit! The free car park was opposite. We couldn't have picked better!! :o)

I also learnt that the hotel was a former brewery......so quite a bit of history is contained between these walls :o) I totally recommend that you stay here!!
