Another word of advice if you're seeing Rothenburg for the first time---don't stay just one night! There are a number of fabulous restaurants inside the city walls, and you have to explore around the outside in the valley as well. Take your time and explore every little nook and cranny in a leisurely fashion, have some wine/beer in the afternoon while people-watching, and enjoy the lack of crowds in the morning and evenings before/after the tour buses depart. Rothenburg is one of those restful stops that deserves to some time. Don't rush through it.
Quiet location a really easy walk from the city center. Small number of rooms (uncrowded) that are relatively spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfasts to get you started on your day.
