I would like to know how is possible to go from Berlin to Wurzburg for a weekend? I have looked by train, by plain, and not answer at all, could you please inform me how do I?
Of course it is possible. By train. Look up connections on www.bahn.de. However, the name of the city is not "Wurzburg", it is Würzburg, alternative spelling: Wuerzburg if you cannot type the u with the two dots. Try again with the correct name resp. spelling, u and ü are two different letters.
Hi,
if you check www.diebahn.de you will see that it is perfectly possible to go by train from Berlin to Würzburg, but you have to change either in Hamburg, Fulda or Göttingen (there are probably more possibilities too).
The Bahn in English: http://www.bahn.de/i/view/GBR/en/index.shtml
I don't think I would consider going by plane, as the train should be quicker and less stressful (it's around 4 hours by train). There are few long-distance buses in Germany, but it seems that Berlin Linienbus does have a route from Berlin to Würzburg (3 buses pr week, 6 hours, from 33 eur).
https://www.berlinlinienbus.de/zeiten.php
As noted above, there are pLenty of trains to Berlin daily. I suspect you had difficulties with finding them because of the umlaut over the 'u' in Wurzburg.
Use the 'Wuerzburg' spelling the English pages of

Journey time is from 3h 50m. If you book in advance online you can get one-way fares from 69euro (maybe less). It's well worth taking advantage of this excellent offer: you'll get an eticket to print out, and then you present this to the guard with the card you used to pay (essential to take the same card).
Once you include time to/from the airport, checked-in etc etc I am pretty sure train will be the faster option.

Altstadtrundgang is the name for the guided walk through the old town of Wuerzburg, it takes 1,5 hours and will cost 6 euros per person.
You will be shown Falkenhaus with the ornate Rokkoko-Facade, the Marienkapelle with the sandstone sculptures by Tilman Riemenschneider, the big market-place, the Neumuenster and Lusamgaertchen with the tomb of Walther von der Vogelweide and a lot more, you will learn a lot about history and gossip...

The University in Würzburg was founded in 1575 by Julius Echter, who was the Prince-Bishop of Würzburg from 1573 to 1617. At first the university had only two faculties, namely theology and philosophy. Then in 1587 the first professor of law was hired, and in 1589 the first professor of medicine.
Echter intended this to be very much a Catholic university. Students were required to attend services at the university church. They were not allowed to go to pubs, discuss theological questions at mealtimes or borrow large amounts of money.
The Faculty of Law is still located in this "Old University" building, Domschulstraße 16, which was built in 1582.
The Marienkapelle (Chapel of St. Mary) at the market square is one of the most interesting late-Gothic Bavarian churches. Next to it is the Falkenhaus with its beautiful Rococo facade.
Started in 1377, the Marienkapelle was finished in 1481 as a symbol of self-confident townsmen. Inside are tombstones of Franconian knights and Wurzburg citizens such as Konrad von Schaumberg (by Tilman Riemenschneider) and Balthasar Neumann. At the portal are Riemenschneider?s world famous sandstone sculptures of Adam and Eve.
Next to it is the Falkenhaus, the most splendid of Wurzburg's Baroque mansions. Its Rococo stucco-work facade was added in 1751.
We crossed the River Main via the Marienbruck (bridge) giving oue sneaker soles a workout. Elevation gained as our body angle resembled that of Homo Erectus to counter-act the earth angle. Burning lactid acid warmed the leg muscles passing buildings newly renovated or buildings that stepped up to first stage decay. Along the path up we passed through many archways mimicking my entrance to the world, opening to all new surroundings.
