Remodeled Classic in Bremen Germany
This was a classic hotel in Bremen thus from the outside it does not fit the boring business like look of most Hiltons in Europe or USA. The inside though has been remodeled while keeping some of the old charm in the pool area and the cafe. They probably went a bit too far as the elegance of the pool was not matched with the white washed walls and generic furniture in the room. The staff was helpful when we had trouble dialing a germany cell phone as they do not need the city code before them. Stayed with Hilton points and it is well worth the 12,000 as it is only a class 2 hotel. The location could not be beat also as it right near all the attractions. If you are paying an want more authentic other hotels in Bremen might be better if traveling with kids or on business probably no better hotel in Bremen to lay your head. The street outside is gorgeous as a large gold emblazened art work welcomes you to the street. The pool was amazing and the sauna was very relaxing after a day of walking around the city.
