Bus to airports Luebeck and Bremen
by chris.hh
The airline Ryanair offers cheap tickets but mostly flies to airports that are pretty far from where you want to go...
There are also bus connections starting / leaving from ZOB (central bus terminal) next to the mail railway station in Hamburg (Hauptbahnhof) to different airports.
You will find more information and/or time shedules here:
For Lübeck (LBC): around 8 € and one hour
Ryanair: www.vhhpvg.de / http://www.vhhpvg.ch/ryan/index.php
Jet2: www.vhhpvg.de
Bremen (BRE): around 14 € and 1,5 hours

An interesting place this St Pauli....
by ChadSteve1975
So what does one do when they go to Hamburg. Well on the weekend apparently everyone goes here to the Reeperbahn. The red lights of Hamburg.
And I was there on a Monday night, during the day. Boy was it dead.
I walked past at night just to make sure I didn't miss seeing it all lit up. And that was good. Although I was a bt confused that some parents had children with them walking along the street. It's not the environment for kids. Even if it all happens behind closed doors.
And before anyone asks. No I didn't go inside the closed street. I didn't have the guts to just venture in. Especially with all the tourists watching other tourists as to whether they go in.
The Reeperbahn
by Blatherwick
The famous Reeperbahn runs the entire length of the world renowned red-light district of St. Pauli. The approximately 600 m long street, which is almost square-like at its eastern end, receives its name Reeperbahn from the fact that here ships rope was twined. There is a tradition of popular entertainment in this area of "Hamburger Berg" which was further developed when in the early 19th century an entertainment district was established.
The Erotic Art Museum features racy art from the 16th century to the present, including Japanese woodprints, and paintings by Henry Miller, Jean Cocteau and other artists.
The street known as Grosse Freiheit ('Great Freedom') is the home of all the sleaziest strip clubs, but isalso where the Beatles played gigs at Kaiserkeller and the now-defunct Star Club.
