As I live in town I cant tell you what to expect when you stay here but I know someone who works here so I can give you a run down of what my impressions of this hotel are.
First it isnt in the middle of downtown Hamburg but in Harburg so if you want to see the sights of the city you need to take the S-bahn into town. Luckily it is situated between 2 different ones. Walking time to each 5-10 minutes.
It has all the emenities that a 4 star hotel should have, tv, hair dryer in the rooms, telephones, safes, good service from the staff, in house restaurant.
