First it isnt in the middle of downtown Hamburg but in Harburg so if you want to see the sights of the city you need to take the S-bahn into town. Luckily it is situated between 2 different ones. Walking time to each 5-10 minutes.
It has all the emenities that a 4 star hotel should have, tv, hair dryer in the rooms, telephones, safes, good service from the staff, in house restaurant.
