Aalen city center
Aalen was in 150 A.C. the biggest Roman horseriding castle located north of the Alps.
The city was founded in 1240 under the reign of the "Staufer"Emperor Friedrich II, Reckognised as a free Empire stare in 1360 - these events are building the picture of the town today.
