Goenneranlage by Nelie
The German-American coffee magnate Hermann Sielcken (1850-1917), who was an honorary citizen of Baden-Baden since 1910 and one of the biggest supporters of the city, donated this construction. Max Laeuger designed it between 1909 and 1912 with a huge fountain as its centre according to the model of they symmetrically layed-out French gardens. The construction was named after the Lord Mayour of Baden-Baden Albert Goenner.For more pictures please see my travelogue "Goenneranlage"
