The Opera House from the Station Tower
by Nemorino
Here is a closer view of the Opera House, from observation deck on the tenth floor of the Station Tower.
The rounded front part of the building, partly hidden by two trees, is where the spectators sit, and the higher rectangular part at the rear is the "stage house", where the machinery above the stage is located.
Rathaus Ulm (Town hall)
by keeweechic
This was originally built as business premises in 1370 but has been a Town Hall since 1419. There are opulent frescoes and ornamental carved figures. The coat of arms of towns and provinces with trade connections to Ulm are on the south side as well as a picture of an old Danube ship (Ulmer Schachtel). On the East side is an astronomers clock dated back to 1520.
Yummie veggie food
by Ianchen about Veggie voodoo king
It's rather kind of a fast-food place, with some stand-up tables. They have lots of different kinds of sauces with your falafel, which are all delicious. Also try the soup of the day! Clientele and staff are rather alternative, interesting people; everything is vegetarian, and they have organic drinks and juices as well. Sometimes your order might take some time - they are not really efficient if larger groups of people come in ^^.

Garden in Feuersee
by bugulma
It's nice park in the center of Stuttgart, Feuersee area. Moreover there are many signs in the architecture. Here you see one of them. My German is poor and I couldn't read the table exactly. I guess it's something like "Thx to mothers for well-brought up our children" or smth like this. I'm not sure of this. You may see a game place for children behind the statue.
