Hotel Romerhof - One to avoid
I have nothing good to say about the service I received in this hotel.
Unique Quality: 1) At one point I was interested in some info from the reception staff on directions. I waited like a muppet at reception for 5 mins plus with no reception staff in sight and no bell to attract attention of staff. Eventually I went behind the desk myself and into the staff office where a lady was busy entertaining herself on the internet. It was only when her colleague in there seen me and attracted her attention to me that I eventually received some assistance
2) The youngish girl working on reception with blonde hair is completely in the wrong job. I have no idea what worries she has in life but she could not have been less pleasant nor less helpful. Her unpleasantness didn't seem to apply to just me. At check out someone was in front of me who paid by plastic card who had to ask for her card back. The recpetionist threw it at the customer
3) Putting the poor service from staff to the side, the rate for the hotel room seemed expensive based on the size & quality of the room.
I won't be going back.

I only been there in the Restaurant Kaeppele, but I know that there are often business poeple in it.
