This is one of the many houses in Weikersheim which include a furnished apartment that can be rented by the day, week or month.

I didn't stay here, but came over once for a visit, and it looked very comfortable and convenient. This particular apartment can be used by up to eleven people. There are several bedrooms, with one kitchen, one dining room and one living room.

The pricing according to their website is 36 Euros per night for the first two people, plus 18 Euros for each additional person, up to a maximum of eleven altogether. (There were nowhere near eleven people living there when I visited, more like five or six.)

18 Euros per person sounds really cheap to those of us who usually stay in cities, but it is not so unusual for small towns in Germany. I paid the same in Bad Orb for a single room, including breakfast.
