Berliners seem to enjoy graffiti and it is paramount. I found it to be in the most difficult to reach places. People try hard for this form of expression.I was told this is due to the large number of anarchists in the city.
The residents of apartments will sometimes draw their own grafitti on their walls to avoid others doing that to them.
