The way of living (easy) has been our philosophy and motto ever since we first opened the doors and presented our hotel to the public in May of 1993. With this philosophy, our house has been among the most popular German hotels for the past eleven years.

Hello. I am traveling to Berlin the 10. of august. I still havn´t booked a hotell. Can anyone help me? We are three friends, and we need a place to stay. We look for a not to expensive place, but also central. Is this possible?
Try a site like Expedia.com for places like the A&O Hostel in Fried/Kreuz or Estrel or Albergo or Abacus Tierpark Hotel. Make sure to specify a room for three people. The hostels might be booked by now, but sometimes cancellations come through.
Just a thought for your consideration, in case you're having a problem finding reasonably-priced lodgings in any of the central districts:
Berlin's public transport system is second to none in the world. One does not necessarily have to stay in a centrally-located hotel or guesthouse to be able to get quickly to any sight or site in the city.
So, if you're still looking, I'd suggest you search further out from the center (Prenzlauerberg, Charlottenburg, etc.). Any lodging in the 2-3 star range in any of those districts is likely to be clean, comfortable and safe.
Everything the above poster said! We stayed in Charlottenburg and it was walkable to Tiergarten and no more than ten minutes on the U bahn to Mitte and Museum Insel.
