Breakfast on the roof garden
Update:
The hotel has recently left the Best Western group.
I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times during the last years. Five minutes walk from the train station Bahnhof Zoo is perfect, as I'd never go by car to Berlin.
The rooms are standard, the staff was always friendly, no problems so far.
In summer, the hallway gets very hot.Booking through an agency can give you very good rates for this hotel.
Unique Quality: The best part of this hotel is their roof garden, overlooking Ku'damm and the Ged?chtniskirche. Breakfast is buffet style, much more than anyone could possibly eat.
From hot breakfast ,cereals,salmon to champagne, just about anything . You can take your breakfast out on the roof and eat, while enjoying the city from above.

Stay in the middle of Berlin for a good price
clean rooms, good rates, all U need is around and just a few steps away like KaDeWE, Europa Center or the Gedaechniskirche and also Bahnhof Zoo and many restaurant and pubs....
Unique Quality: Great view from the breakfast room down to the Kurfuerstendamm
