Considering the Bleibtreu Hotel (Bleibtreu Strasse 31.) in Berlin?

Walk, walk, walk. A good place to start is in the Tiergarten area by the zoo. Go to the Siegesaule and then go right past the Soviet war memorial to the Reichstag. Go down Unter den Linden. You must also go to the Reichstag if nothing more than to hang around. It is easily the most accessible capital I have ever been around and just walking around it is full of historical references.
