Hello..bus 100 is included in Berlin welcome card?thanks..=)

Re: bus 100 is included in Berlin welcome card?

by hexelein

Yes, it is. You use normal tickets (or cards, for instance the welcome card) on the bus 100, as it is a part of the public transportation system.

Travel Tips for Berlin

United Buddy Bears

by tyerks

When we were in Berlin, they had the bears out, all 125 painted differently for 125 different countries. They were really neat, and were all in a large circle in this open area. They are there to promote world peace and understanding and will soon (I think) be auctioned off.
The website is:
http://www.united-buddy-bears.com/ I loved going around the circle of bears and taking my picture with all the ones from all the different countries that I had been to.
(picture is from the website, as I haven't been able to scan mine on yet. Once I do, I'll change it)

Church near of Fauler See

by bugulma

Not far from Siegesaule, to the right, if you go to Western Berlin along Juni 17 Street there is a little park where you can enjoy a pond, Fauler See. Nevertheless it was cloudy the view of the pond and the park around are great. Besides here you can see Keis Friedrich Gedachtnis Kirche (Church) and the architecture looks very modern.

Go Hertha go!

by Jarra

Football (soccer) is the most popular sports in Germany. The Bundesliga is one of the most competitive leagues in the whole world. So I highly recommend to go to the Olympic Stadium when Hertha is playing. Even if you are not actually a football fan. Be adventurous! The athmosphere is absolutely great. When I was there the home team thrashed Borussia M`gladbach totally 6-0 and you can imagine how glad home fans were.

Kulturforum

by barryg23

The Kulturforum is home to many of Berlin's artistic and cultural venues. Within a short disance of each other are the Gemäldegalerie (Painting Gallery), the Neue Nationalgalerie (New National Gallery), the Kunstgewerbemuseum (Museum of Applied Arts), the Philharmonie and the Staatsbibliothek (State Library).

by chicagobob1962yahoo about goldrauche.....gold rush

the place has a bit of a new orleans bordello feel red velvet wall paper, gold toned furniture, chandelliers great music...old school and funk ...sexy staff, that makes excellent drinks....i mean real bartending with nice ingredients...the night i was there the special was caprihanas...a brazillian drink that i get in miami that was made the way it should be made as if i was on a beach in rio.....the booze music and maybe madonnas bustiiere framed on the wall made for a euphoric night....i went out front to get a blast of cool air and looked up at an apt across the street and saw two women playing ping pong topless.....and no i was not halucinating very surreal cool casual
