I visited Berlin in late July 2008 and booked this hotel over Venere.com. I didn´t expect much, and the Hotel turned out to be ok, with a good price (compared to other options I looked) and in a good location.
The room was a little small, but comfortable. The bathroom was also small, specially the shower, which reminded me of some London bathrooms. The main problems was that there was no shower curtain, and some part of the bathroom always got wet.
Their breakfast (inlcuded on the price) was ok, but nothing spectacular.
They only had wireless on the lobby area, so everybody had to go down with our laptops to get connected.
It's pretty centrally located, two blocks away from the U-bahn, one block away from Friedrichstrasse, and walking distance from Brandenburg Tor, Bundestag, the museum island and Alexanderplatz.
For a place where I went to rest after being visiting the city all day long, it was perfect.
If you are looking for something else ON the hotel itself, maybe this is not the place for you.
