    • I stayed here for three nights - no complaints. It is a conveniently located hotel near the legendary Ku-Damm.

    • Not a great hotel, but we found it comfortable and definitely first class. If you stay there, be sure to get a renovated room. They are very nice.

    The hotel's best feature is its location. Located just next to Europa Center, just across from the zoo and the green area of the city, one block from KaDeWe Department Store, Memorial Church and Ku'Damm shopping district, it's practically in the heart of Berlin.

    The hotel itself was good but not great. Facilities were definitely first class, rooms were great and looked like it was just recently been renovated when I stayed there. However, service was nothing to write home about. I don't know, maybe I'm so used to those great Asian service that I felt the hotel's staff lacked the subtle touch found on most Asian hotels' staff.

    But, if you're looking for a first class hotel, that's located in the middle of some of Berlin's finest attractions, then you can't go wrong with the Palace.
