www.viamichelin.com will give you route and driving times. At least 7 hours.
But you could take the train, of course.
http://www.bahn.com/i/view/overseas/en/index.shtml
will give you train times, details and fares in English. Journey time from 5h 42m, one-way fare for tomorrow from 44.50 euro (might be cheaper if booked further in advance).
Train is cheaper than tolls and estimated petrol costs, by the way. Plus if you are hiring a car for one-way you will pay a very hefty premium. Train might well be the best option.

She is on that Contiki bus from Warsaw to Berlin if I understand correctly, leics. If the drive is 7 hours by normal car, the bus needs at least one or two hours longer.
Temeprature could be anything between 10°C and 30°C. Impossible to predict.
3 full days (I hope you mean 4 nights, not 2) are not really enough for a city like Berlin.
Can't tell about outlets. That designer stuff will be as expensive as anywhere else in Berlin.

O yes, I think I understand now.....was a bit confused. Agree a bus will almost certainly take longer than viamichelin suggests: probably a stop or two on the way as well.
Berlin climate averages here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city_guides/results.shtml?tt=TT003650
but to find out what the weather will probably be like you'll need to look at the weather forecast much nearer the time.

There are no outlet malls in Berlin. Factory outlet shops in Berlin

Others have e.g. flagship stores or however they want to call these in Berlin.
This one is outside of Berlin:
Designer Outlet Berlin in Wustermark

Travel Tips for Berlin
Internet Access
by Bushman23
Although internet access is easy to find, it is fairly expensive if you go to a normal internet cafe. you could be paying up to €4 an hour. If you head to the EasyEverything at Potsdamer Platz though, you can get some good deals. The average hourly rate is about €1.50 \ hour, but buy a day ticket (€5), or a week ticket (€15) or a month ticket (€30), and you looking at quite a saving. I bought a day ticket, and spent about 10 hours on the net. quite a saving! As i've said... Berlin is very cheap if you look around! The EasyEverything is right outside the Sony Center, facing Potsdamer road. look for the Orange chairs.
This building...as you can...
by jgemini65
This building...as you can see... is under (re)construction...as is most of Berlin! But you can see that it is great! You can see from the street that people are actually walking in the dome structure! wow! But you can see from the photo that their is a huge line to get in...so I didn't! DARN! Unfortunately, I don't know what this building is...I assume a museum...however, I am unsure!? If anyone knows PLEASE enlighten me!
Yes!! VT member 'Sabsi' has informed me that this is 'the old-new' parliment building...coincidently, it was on the news recently!
Thanks!!
Empty churches
by matcrazy1
Visiting churches (evangelic and Roman catholic) in Berlin I didn't find any prayers inside despite it was Sunday - holy day for Christians. The churches were empty and as I noticed there were holy masses advertised, but usually only one on Sunday.
What a difference with my country where churches are usually full of prayers at least on each Sunday. In Poland 95% declares to be catholics and 80% practicing.
Berlin is not so homogenous. As I noticed it's multicultural city with many various religions and temples/churches to be found: protestant (45%), Roman catholic (37%), orthodox, judaism etc.
Additionally during the time of division of the city religion was discouraged, and crosses were removed from churches in East Berlin.
Of course I couldn't resist...
by miaou
Of course I couldn't resist taking a picture of this enchanting Chinese Teahouse. Overall, good easy-going day in Potsdam. Certainly Potsdam is not a priority when visiting Berlin but it's a side excursion if you have time and want to a break from the city. To get to Potsdam, take the S7 train (the S-Bahn) from Berlin's Bahnhof Zoo. It's only half an hour away.
Theatre as nightlife spot, why not?
by croisbeauty about Teater am Potsdamer Platz
There is a nice looking contemporary theatre at the Postdamer Square, right next to the Mercedes Benz Building. It wasn't in my plane to visit any of the numerous theatres which exists in the town because I stayed in Berlin shortly, during the weekend only. Do not miss this one if you're staying longer in the town.
