Convenient Hotel Near the Train Station
If you need to catch a flight from Frankfurt Airport, rather than staying at a pricey airport hotel, you could well be better off staying near the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station) and taking a quick S-Bahn or local train to the airport. The hotel I chose for this was the Hotel Hamburger Hof. A professional and comfortable business-class hotel, the Hamburger Hof is ideal for single travelers, though there are many double rooms as well. Outside of convention times, you can get an excellent value staying here; my rate was EUR 55 for my single room. As I already mentioned, service was professional and the room was clean and comfortable. A very good buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Great Frankfurt Hotel
Our stay was great. We didn't have any reservation, the hotel was just down the street from the train station and we simply showed up and got a room for a few days. It was nothing super special or but it was just what we needed. It was comfortable, the service was excellent, and our stay included breakfast. I'd definitely reccomend it to anyone wanting to visit Frankfurt, particularly if they were planning on traveling around the area.
