I would like someone to tell me more about Ulm, I will be visiting for 10days. Things to do places to see and the night life.

If it comes to events the German pages are more complete.
There is of course the cathedral. Don't miss to climb on the tower if the weather is nice.
I've been in the Museum of Bread Culture and the Ulm Museum and can recommend both.
The fishermen's quarter is also nice and I was never disappointed by the restaurants there.
There is a gigantic fortress all around the cities of Ulm and Neu-Ulm.

Ulm is a very pleasant town, especially on a sunny day. I would also recommend a day trip by train to Friedrichshafen at the Lake of Constance (maybe with a boat trip). Friedrichshafen also the famous Zeppelin Museum (F. is the home of the famous Zeppelin). And then the regional food...I hope that you won't be on diet.

sorry, You did not give us a point what You are interessted in and when You are going.
For ex. there are a lot of events in Ulm that are great to visit (Nabada, Schwörmontag) , but this depends on the time You are there.
If You are into natur/hiking do a trip to the valley of the river Blau, visit Blaubeuron and the Blautopf.
Other sidetrips: Noerdlingen (meteor crater and nice town), Legoland (ok, kidding), monastiers of Zwiefalten (brewerie) and Beuron. Valley of the river Lauter (kanueing).
This year is the Einstein years, so there is an exhibition in Ulm.

Why not passing by in Kempten (1 hour direct-connection by train). On a weekend you can buy a Schönes-Wochenend-Ticket (Nice-Weekend-Ticket). With one ticket up to 5 person can travel the whole day (a Saturday or Sunday) on all regional trains, like the one to Kempten and further to Oberstdorf. When are you here? mail me!

I arrived in Ulm last Thursday. I have enjoyed the town and a trip to Munich. I will be leaving on Sunday. I will check my email tomorrow and wouldn't mind a trip on Saturday.

I can say I have been the lucky visitor of the lovely city of Ulm in the summer of 2005 upon visiting a good friend. As I was touring Germany at that time I also thought it is a very good ocassion for me to visit one of the most famous cathedrals in the world, the Ulm Münster.
However besides that, I have found a wonderful small town, full of young people and narrow cobbled streets, with an almost a fairy tale old part.
