Alter Bahnhof: Stay in a train

Along with the holiday appartments inside the old railway station we also had a train department to stay in. Me and my friend Otto were the courageous ones who said "We'll do it" when we were asked whether we wanted to sleep in the train.

Unique Quality: It was funny, very simple though. We had beds, a heater, a beautiful view from our window and lots of fun joking about our train. Unfortunately we didn't have a toilet in the department so we had to go outside at night and it felt like camping a bit (which I hate).

Hmmm... Bahnhof?: An old railway station in Bresewitz

The old train station of Bresewitz near Prerow was turned into holiday appartments. It's a wonderful place to stay, the appartments are small but very cosy. Nice furniture and design!

My friend rented the whole house so we had the whole house for ourselves - apart from the owners who live downstairs. We also had an old train department for ourselves where I stayed.

Unique Quality: The house is in the middle of nowhere, it's very quiet and scenic. There's no other house around for 200 metres, no bigger street for 400 metres. And with the old trains and tracks around it's a very bizarre place. I loved it!
