This is a budget chain hotel Etap, there should more of them. A single bed and breakfast was54.50 euro. Clean and comfortable. This hotel is located at rear exit of the rail station near the telecom tower.
Hi,
A friend and I are spending one night in Hannover in June. I was wondering if anyone could recommend an affordable place to stay?
We are considering Hotel Ibis or Etap Hotel Hannover, are either one of these close to the center or accessible by the metro/train?

Hello there!
The Etap Hotel would be a very good choice, if you want to stay very central. From the Etap, you have direct view on the main train station! It's veeery central! The Ibis Hotel is not that central - it's 3 subway stations from the main station away. Both hotels look pretty new (I dont know, if they actually are, though) ;-)
