The epitome of spa town elegance
My budget sadly didn't run to staying at the Hotel Quellenhof, but that didn't stop me appreciating its elegant exterior.
Spa towns - be it Bath or Karlovy Vary - do seem to boast a common sort of classically inspired architecture that is very pleasing and makes for a very pleasant environment in which to stroll at leisure (presumably one of the intentions?). When I visited at the beginning of March, the lawns around the hotel and in the central strip of park along Monheimsallee were studded with budding crocuses, bringing the first promise of spring, and it was a lovely sight.

The only 5 stars hotel in Aachen
Was wonderful stay at teh Quellenhof. Almost everything was sharp and accomodating including the English speaking staff and the facilities not to mention the rooms, they were huge compairing to any hotel in the area.
Don't miss the next door Casino and the Elephant Cigar Bar in the ground floor of the establishment.

The best hotel in Aachen
The Dorint Quellenhof Aachen is a luxury 5 star hotel with a great location. It has a great restaurant, indoor pool, sauna and the fintness center. It is situated close to the conference center, a beautiful park and a casino.
Unique Quality: I can't think of anything the hotel could have done better. The rooms were very spaceous with a beautiful bathroom and large bath tube. Breakfast was exceptional, so be ready for lots of good food!
