The "Teuteburger Wald" is a big forrest with very nice trails for mountain bikers. There are nice single trails and some small downhill parts. Enjoy the trails. You need a Hardtail or a Fully to have fun on the trails. Do not forget the Helmet and of course a rucksack with some water will be needed.
