Go to the Aquadrom. This is a big swimming landscape under a big glasroof. A big Leisuredrom with swimmingpool, sauna, bananapalms and alot to relax. I like it very much, cause it's wonderful to go swimming and have fun in the water with your frinds.
The Aquadrom is in the Ruhrpark, abit outside of Bochum but a busline is going there directly.

VFL Bochum

Almost like anywhere in Germany, football is the sport and the Bochum club had just returned this year to the ‘Bundesliga’ so you can see good football there.
The big advantage here is that this club is not the most successful, neither popular and you can get sometimes tickets on the day of the match, except of course when they play Bayern München, which is always sold out.

This is a local coffeehouse in the city park.
It doe's not offer anything special and as I thought that the coffee must be awful here, I preferred to take a glass of beer, the local brand of course of FiegE Pils. FiegE Pils
