We just stayed one night in cologne and therefore needed a hotel close to the centre. Ambassador is right at Barbarossaplatz. With train and tram it's just 30 minutes from the airport and with taxi about 20 minutes (about EUR 25).
Unique Quality: Large rooms, good location and very nice breakfast buffet.
