Visit Tourist Office first.
Strongly suggest you visit the tourist office, it's right by the Dom and near the bus and rail stations. They know which hotels have special offers on, and for just €2.50 will book for you too. They found us a room at Hotel Esplanade, close to the centre, for around €30 a night with breakfast too - this is a smart hotel offering reduced prices because the lift didn't work after the 6th floor, on the 7th - who minds walking one flight of steps?
