I just stayed in the Leonet Hotel for two nights. I was in town for the Photokina show. I have certainly been in hotels that were more fancy, but I have never stayed in a hotel with or more helpful or more friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Theme: Hotel

I stayed two nights at the Leonot. It is well located near the Neumarkt shopping area, about two km walk to the Heumarkt shopping and cafe area. The hotel is just off a main street, but quietly located on a small street. The room was nice size and very clean. The bathroom was small but was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The 24hr reception was helpful and friendly, even when I returned at 2:00 AM. The hotel claims 4 stars, but is a solid three star choice at a reasonable three star price. I would recommend it. It even has a wellness center downstairs with hot-tub, and sauna. Breakfast was included in the 65 euro/night price. I would also recommend the Mado Hotel. I did not stay there, but friends from Colonge as said that it is a very nice place, also at reasonable prices.
