Service was excellent, clean rooms and new towels daily.
There is a bar in the lobby, it's quite pricey though, I ordered a Red Bull and Vodka, and it cost me 10 euro. Those are NYC prices, I did not expect to pay that much in a Holiday Inn!
I was relieved to find an American electrical socket in the bathroom, I was able to charge my mp3 player which made the plane ride home much more tolerable!
The buffet breakfasts are really good. I loved the bacon!
At dinner, they had tiramisu, and it was much better than some of the terrible imitations I've had other places.
They change money at the desk but you get killed with the exchange fee. Best bet is to bring an ATM card, there is an ATM right down the block.
The Dusseldorf metro cars have a stop right by this hotel, on the catty corner across the street. Very convenient!
My trip to Germany was paid for by donations and booked through a tour company, so I have no idea how much the rooms cost.
