Hotel Astoria
The hotel is located in the city center, ina very nice and quite area, within walking distance to Altstadt (about 15-20 min), Koe allee (about 10-15 min), Hauptbahnhoff (about 30 min, or a couple stops by tram).
single is about Euro 80/double is about Euro 100
Unique Quality: It's a small family style hotel. While checking in you're welcomed by the owners themselves and sometimes they even serve you breakfast. The owners (a man and a wife, unfortunately can't remember their names) are great, they both speak English and I think French as well but not sure, they are really helpful and nice.
