not good for a chain like Nikko

Reception staff is always willing to help you but not always with good knowledge of the city and atractions. Staff at night from 10th to 21th june the best!!

Rooms are really small and toiletries( is it the right way to write it?) are very limited receiving complaints from my group. Even in this suppossed 5 star hotel you have to pay 12 Euros every time you want to use the pool !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you do not have a lat top with you there is only a single computer on the lobby area you can use!!

Unique Quality: 5 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and less than ten to the shopping areas and a few minutes more to the Koe.
Also 10 min. away by U Bahn from Downtown area with very good restaurants and bars.

  • Opinion of Price: more expensive than average
