How do I get from Weeze Airport to Dusseldorf. Bus, Train, Taxi?
How long does it take and how much does it cost?

This sort of information is almost always found at the airport's website...see http://www.airport-weeze.de/2-3_an_und_abreise_bus_und_bahn.php?lang=en

Taxi: approx. EUR 135
Shuttle bus: see above linked site
Public transport:
DB timetable

From: Airport Terminal 1, Weeze
To: Duesseldorf
and select as means of transport "only local transport". With the tickets shown with this option you can travel to any train/tram/bus stop in Düsseldorf. Using public transport is especially attractive if you're 3+ versions, as here the available mini group day tickets are the cheapest option.
Travel Tips for Düsseldorf
Rhine quays
by Sjalen
Walking along the Rhine must be one of my favourite things in the city, and so much more rewarding than in touristy Cologne. From Media Hafen with its modern architecture, past the Rhineturm and the North-Rhine Westphalian parliament to the Old Town skyline. All the time you are being past by river barges and realise how much life goes on in this part of Europe. Don't forget to stop and look back sometimes too as you will be rewarded with great photo opportunities, which also goes for night time shots. I can imagine this place being very lively in summer.
UK Sports Results On Radio...
by steventilly
If you're on holiday from the UK and need to keep up with the sports results from back home (especially football) then tune in to British Forces Radio. It's just like a regular UK pop radio station, and on saturdays they go live to all the premiership games.
We tuned in just as Man United scored against Sunderland :-(
(But we equalised later :-)) Any decent radio will do the job.
Dusseldorf Airport Car Parking
by pieter_jan_v
The Dusseldorf International Airport has a number of car parks.
The long term parking are the furthest away from the terminal; very popular because of the low price.
The P4 Parking is most covenient, due to the sky train stop; parking cost are Euro 63 per week.
For more money you can park at VIP parking at the terminal, but a limo service is probably cheaper.
The available of parking space is on-line available at the airport website.

by IceBear7 about Tapas y Vino
This is a Spanish restaurant, close to my apartment, and close to other great bars/pubs like Ab der Fisch, Avenel and Lýffelbar.
They have a few restaurant tables and a few high bistro tables with a great selection of tasty tapas and nice wines. The house wine is the best you could have with seafood or other tapas!
Very relaxed atmosphere, big windows looking over busy Moltkestrasse :-) I haven't tried everything yet...
