This hotel is only one block from the Mainz Haupt Bahnhof (main train station)., and is in walking distance to restaurants, banks, and shopping. (A very good Italian restaurant is in the same block as the hotel: Calabria.) Take a bus (or car) to the Gutenburg Museum and its shopping district, and to Wal-Mart!. There are easy connections to the autobahns to Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Wiesbaden, and other highways to the Nahe Valley and middle Rhein cities.
