Hyatt Regency Mainz

Wow !

I was given a 5 star treatment even though it was a Redemption Stay. A bottle of Champagne was waiting for us in our River Facing room. This Hotel is soooo soooo Romantic ! It is like living in a fairy tale Castle (Its a Fort anyway). The Christmas Tree outside was so beautiful even though we arrived at 10pm in freezing temperature.

The Swimming Pool was heated and though small was good enough for us. The Bed was also so comfortable (Well first night of Honeymoon is always the best). Steve usually suffers from jet lag quite badly but the bed was so good that he slept well.

The decoration inside the hotel was also very pretty and you can tell that Christmas was in the air with endless Christmas trees and Candles surrounding the inside of the Hotel

Though we moved to other good hotels in Germany, this Hyatt left the best memories with the best service and best Hotel Decorations.

Well Done Hyatt !

Unique Quality: The Old Fort was intergrated to the Hotel and you cannot tell the difference between what is new and old. It is located beside the lower Rhine River and within walking distance to the Heart of Mainz. Taxi were plenty but why take a cab when the walk beside the river was so nice ?

A very good feel of Luxury even though it was a Regency Range of Hyatt Hotel

Do ask for a room facing the River and you will not regret it.

High standard & good designed Hotel in front of the river Rhein & Main. Whenever you stay in Frankfurt you should relax in the comfort and traditional & luxurary facilities.

Hyatt Regency Mainz

Unique Quality: This ultra-modern hotel actually integrates part of the 18th century Fort Malakoff into the design of the hotel located on the banks of the Rhine. After sleeping at youth hostels for several weeks, it was great to begin the next part of a long journey by welcoming my mother to Europe for three weeks. We slept here for the first night so she could be comfortable. We had a brilliant room overlooking the Rhine to watch the barges float along the river.
