Blesius Garten Hotel, Trier
The only miss we had was that we forgot to ask for a double bed as we thought it was obvious since we booked a child cot too! Apart from that, this is a great place where we loved sitting in the lively bar with local beer straight from the vat to your glass through pipes in the ceiling. In a suburbian village but with walking distance to town and a bus stop nearby for rainy days. Near the roman amphitheatre. The hotel has a pool and its own brewery so beer comes out of the ceiling in the bar where you can also try the local Mosel wines of course. Also a restaurant adjacent.
