Beautiful Parks - the Stadtpark

A third park stretches along river Chemnitz, east of the city centre. It's pretty long - a 5km path leads through the park. Long parts of it are paved, so this is a great place to go skating - many people do so! Of course you can also just walk up or down the river. At the upper end of the park are a lake and several meadows, which are a good place to relax.
