I asked for a single and was lucky to get one of the 3 rooms for handicapped people, see my extra-photo for the details : there is a doublebed and an extra-bed that is similar to the ones in hospital and also the bathroom is adapted for wheel-chairs.
The price was 75 euros for the single room, breakfast-buffet was extra : 9,- euros
That is a bit more than I normally am willing to pay, but that late at night I was glad to find any place at all and the room and breakfast was really very good !
You may choose between 3 sorts of breakfast :
early breakfast for 3 euros 05.00-07.00a.m.
ordinary breakfast-buffet for 9 euros p.P. 07.00-10.00a.m.
late breakfast for 3 euros 10.00a.m.-12.00noon
Parking of your car is possible in the backside of the hotel in a large public parking-area and you have to pay the ordinary tarif like in the rest of the city-centre of Dresden.
