Hotel Fichtelberghaus: Wonderful mountain hotel
Being a former mountain "hut", rebuilt and added on in a nice style, it's really a perfect location to stay - sitting on top of the 1200 m high Fichtelberg above Oberwiesenthal.
Well-kept rooms with nice views, good facilities, including sauna, and food - no complaints after the 2 visits here so far. And there will be more for sure!
Unique Quality: Great views and walks all around. Cable car access to the hotel, as well as a pleasant drive up there.
Downhill and cross country skiruns from the hotel!
