Somehow OK
The Intercity-Hotel Halle Neustadt is an avarage businesshotel. In an ordinary room, you will find a french bed, TV, Hairdryer, writing-desk, shower and wc. There are no free amenities for the guests like showercap, shampoo and so on. And - if you book one of their cheap rates, for example during summer (49 Euro per room/night), you would have to pay 10 Euro (!) extra for your breakfast.
My stay was overshadowed by a reservation, which the hotel couldnt find in their computer-system, luckily they had free rooms left, when I arrived there. Besides of this, the hotel is average - friendly staff, clean room, but not many other things to talk about.
Unique Quality: Located in a typical east-German "Plattenbauquartier". Big and ugly socialistic Buildings everywhere.
