Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedachtniskirche by bpwillet
Built in the late 19th century in honour of Kaiser Wilhelm I, this church was destroyed by fire after an air-raid in November 1943. The only parts left standing were the nave and half a spire. There is a modern chapel directly next to the standing ruins and is worth a visit. It is also a symbol of the senslessness of war.
