SG Flensburg-Handewitt

SG Flensburg-Handewitt is a team handball club, and they compete in the German First League of Handball. They won the national championship in 2004 and have also won the EHF Cup and the EHF Cup Winner’s Cup.

SG Flensburg-Handewitt was established in 1990 when TSB Flensburg merged with Handewitter SV.

They play their home games at Campushalle with a capacity of 6500 spectators and there are a fantastic atmosphere during the matches.

Check out their webpage for information about tickets – but the webpage is only in German or Danish.

I watched the match SG Flensburg-Handewitt vs. TuS-N-Lubbecke – and it ended with a home victory. I bought the tickets through a Danish webpage: www.kaosbooking.com .

I had the wonderful opportunity to travel to Flensburg Germany with a few friends this past May and let me tell you..... this was the best trip I've ever been on. I can't say enough about the warm welcome I recieved once I got there. While I was in Flensburg I stayed on a pig farm in an outlying village called Gremmurup. The natural beauty to this place was astounding.
