Baltic Hotel

We had two very clean and comfortable rooms in this family run hotel. It is located opposite the bus station ( with the train station just behind) so it is very conveniently located when you get off the bus from the Airport ( Bus No 6 I believe).

We really enjoyed the buffet breakfasts of cereals, breads, cold meat and cheeses. I was particularly impressed with the Tea pot which was warmed underneath by a candle and had a small metal infuser to hold the tea leaves.

The owner was very amiable. I'd made a mistake with the booking but he managed to accommodate us without any fuss. I thought it was quite reasonably priced. Certainly clean, secure and pleasant even if the rooms were on the small side.

I've used the photo from the hotel's website. It doesnt look too impressive from the outside but all you'll need is a comfortable bed, a clean shower and toilet and a good breakfast - you get all of these at this hotel.

Chosen at random from the several hotels close to the bus and rail stations because we had an early bus to catch to the airport.
Great choice. Very friendly with a clean and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast included in the price, just how we like them.
We'd definately go back if we were in town again.

Location of the hotel is just in front of the bus station and close to the railway, also not so far from the city center. We came to the hotel at about 10p.m. not having booked in advance and got a good discount! I should mention that it was one of a few hotels working in the evening in Lubeck. I was quite suprised that most of receptions were closed already at 9p.m. Rooms in Baltic hotel clean, everything is just evaluated as average.
