Alte Schule (Old School) Brunsmark: Excellent Country Flat

Flew with Ryanair to Lübeck.
Looked for a flat for my family.
Found this excellent flat, fully furnished, out in the country.
Two bedrooms, living-room, large kitchen,
bathroom.
Speak English fluently.
30 mins from Lübeck, 45 mins from Hamburg,
between A20 and A24 highways

Unique Quality: Local lake for swimming.
Large garden.
Covered terrace with Grill.
Satellite TV.
Slap bang in the Lauenburg Lakes Nature Conservation Area

HOLIDAY....: EIN ALTSTADTFERIENH?USCHEN.....

I found this little brochure at the TOURIST INFORMATION OFFICE and took it home....to put it here for you and you and you.....

This Lady Karin Lammert has something on offer for who wants a holiday in L?beck: a nice, cosy, snug little holiday house in the ALTSTADT in L?beck...and it really does look and sound very inviting.

HOTEL GLORIA: A LOVELY NAME THIS HOTEL HAS....

In the photo you can see that LüBECK is a sort of ISLAN CITY: it consists of many well-use island....

Have a good look and you will see how every square metre of land is occupied......

River TRAVE surrounds the inner city and all neighbouring islands have been used for expansion......

Somewhere here you will find HOTEL GLORIA: close to the CITY CENTRE and RIVER TRAVE.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2003 so everything is brand new and stylish!

There is also a restaurant, a bar, a café.......

The prices include a continental breakfast with breadroll service at the room, which is always a pleasure!!

THEIR SPECIALITY: (ONE OF THE MANY!!) A FREE NON-ALCOHOLIC MINIBAR and.....still more: all rooms have a fully equipped kitcjenette with coffee machine, microwave, electric range and refrigerator.....

Doesn't this all sound wonderful, most wonderful and convenient??

Campingplatz L?BECK-SCH?NB?CKEN: A BEST CAMPING SITE....

This is a new camping site in L?beck-Sch?nb?cken.

It is located about 1,5 km. away from the Autobahn E4/A1 - exit L?beck-Moislingin the direction of Sch?nb?cken.

You will easily find this campingground by following the traffic signs. If you are coming from the North on the E4/A1 you leave the Autobahn exit L?beck-Centrum in the direction of Sch?nb?cken.

The camping place is located about 3 km. away from this exit!

The new place is well-equipped with modern toilet-facilities, hot and cold water, shower cabins, washing machine, facilities for cooking and dish-washing.

There is also a children's playground, a kiosk and various recreations rooms.

Every site is grassed......It takes only 10 minutes by bus to get to the centre of the medieval City of L?beck.

The bus stops near the campingsite's entrance.

Camping fees for areas of ca 100 square meters and we....we were the only ones with an old-fashioned tent so we had a complete lawn of many 100s of square metres to ourselves, which was great.
The grass had recently been vut and the smell of hay was everywhere and that was great.

I can imagine that for those who suffer of HAY FEVER this would have been awful!!

We enjoyed it here.....SEE THE hot air balloons floating by????

Unique Quality: Having a tent and the place for tents was at the back of the site, we had to walk quite a few hundreds metres to reach the toilets, showers, and other facilities which where very close by for the people who "camp" in caravans and mobile homes...........not fair....but this is the case at most camping grounds nowadays....alas!

Rücksack Hotel: The best hostel in town!

That's the place to go for a cheap accomodation in Lübeck. It's a small hostel, close to the Trave canal in the old town. There are 9 rooms with totally 30 beds available, so it's better to book it before going there.
The owner is a really nice Estonian woman who has been so kind with us and we wish to thank her here too!
The hostel is not so nice externally, but it's really good in the inside, and that's what is important!
The only con is that unfortunately no breakfast is included (unless you prepare it by yourself!), but there is full of bakerei shops or gastätten to go for it!

Very clean
Sink in the room
Toilet on the floor, very close to the rooms
Kitchen available for guests
Friendly crew
