Famous elephant in Weimar!
Some of Weimar's most famous guests have slept here since 1741. These famous guests include Jakob Michael Reinhold Lenz, Ludwig Boerne, Felix Mendelsohn-Bartholdy, Franz Liszt, Richard Wagner, Artur Rubinstein,
Starting at 110 Euros if you can find the offical website. Otherwise you will be paying 199 Euros upwards per night for a package deal from a web service.

Centuries-Old Atmosphere
This medieval hotel is located just in the very center.
It is famous for its old traditions and proud of its world-famous guests who used to stay there: Lucas Cranach, Johann Senastian Bach, Franz Liszt, Leo Tolstoy, Thomas Mann and others.
The hotel has all modern conveniences and is itself a piece of the city history.
It was a privilege for our students' group to stay overnight there.
Unique Quality: The hotel has a unique historical atmosphere, "Elephantenkeller" restaurant.
I liked the proximity to all the main sites of the city.
You can see the hotel emblem attached.
This hotel has been famous for centuries as the city central hotel where lots of well-known people coming to Weimar have stayed.
Thomas Mann made this hotel famous in his novel "Lotte in Weimar".
