Stayed in October 2006, and really have no complaints about the accomodation,Very friendly and helpful staff, one word of advice though, if your not able bodied (or for that matter drunk!!) it can be a bit of a steep walk to some of the accomodation) If you go to the Greek islands in October you should really expect that everything is end of season, sunbeds stored for winter and not everything open or busy, things like that.
Where Marni Village is situated is up on the hill at the back of Hersonnissis, a not to difficult walk down hill into Hersonnissos, but would definately recommend a taxi back. But the most exceptional thing about Marni Villages location is that it is right on the edge (and near enough on the same level..no big hills up or down ) of Koutoufoulari village and which is well worth a visit for its authentic restaurants, shops and bars'
