Go to Anapolis, Crete just outside Heraklion. If you like culture and tradition then this is a must. Or if you like it wild go to Star Beach in Stalis. Night life is busy. Plenty of places to eat in Hersonnosis visiting Knossos in Crete in an open top jeep. I miss the food - greek salad and tzaziki and plenty of Ratsina.
