~ Perfect Location in the centre of the action ~
I stayed at the Malia Mare hotel from the 3rd September 2006. The hotel was in a fantastic location located right on the main strip where all the nightlife is....you name it Malia has it!
The room was quite spacious and to say we were located in the busy area of Malia the noise at night wasnt too bad when we were in bed.
The room was clean and sheets were changed every couple of days, we did however have to ask for clean towels as they didnt always change them for us. But we got them no problem within a few minutes.
The bathroom was pretty small but we got by ok.
All in all the hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay here.
Unique Quality: There were lots of nightclubs, bars and restaurants to choose from and only a short walk back to the hotel each night, which makes it perfect for anyone looking for everything on your doorstep. This was one of the qualities of the hotel.
The pool bar served tasty cheese and bacon toasties and also a delicious full English breakfast for only 5 euros..... the breakfast was continental so we went to the pool bar for a nicer meal.
I also liked the pool area, there were always plenty of sunbeds around for everyone and they played cd's too so you could listen to some music and chill out in the sunshine.
