We were pre-booked woth an early morning check in, got to the hotel at about 9:30 and they rushed us through check in and we were in the room in about 5 minutes. About 5 minutes later there was a knock on the door and there was a hostage with a large chilled fruit platter and bottled water.
We were at the hotel for four nights then checked out for a overnight tour. When we returned we got the same great treatment.
Our standard room (1 Queen sized bed) was less than $120 per night. Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre hotel is situated in the heart of Athens, very close to the historical sites of Athens,only 10 min. from Acropolis, the traditional Plaka area (old town) and Syntagma (Constitution) square.

Q: Will pre-election visit be a problem? "Hi, Our cruise ship docks at Piraeus on 15 June (2 days pre-election) and we had plans to make our own way into Athens and..."
